LOL i wouldnt doubt it, i was idling out of my daughters school and started spinning them, honestly was NOT getting on it hard at all! And im only running 120 with 1850. Did you see rp spike? Would the relief that has been of issue lift?
i think it is possible if the situation is right.

What programmer and tuning are you using? I need this kind of mpg. I'm at around 13mpg unloaded with only 35" tires. I run minimax mcc still though. Is this raceme the new whiz hot stuff or what?!

Then it could be a tuning issue. Looking at Warp there are all kinds of fuel limiters present. Box tuning could have some limiters still in place. Also could be the speed limiter as well. What is it set at?
