New Cummins owner and new guy

    Just saying hello.

I bought my second Ram ever (first was 2006 Mega cab gas) now I got a Cummins.

I really couldn't be happier, I have done some trash talk over the years about them and now I am ready to have crow with humble pie for dessert after everyone finds out but I don't care, I really do love the truck and glad I bought it!

I have never written a post before this moment and don't belong to any social media but I think its time for a change (just no facebook)!

Ok I need help on which way I should go?
I got a 2018 with 16,000 miles and I want better shifting and of coarse more power. I do tow a 20' trailer that is 12k lbs, and I do a lot of long trips without
    towing.
I eventually am going to do a lot of upgrades but really for now I think I am just looking for something like the stealth module that can be taken out and I can
    still bring back to dealer.
I am not the type to beat on it and then go crying to the dealer I need a new tranny but I just don't really think I want to jump to the whole tune thing until I
really see for myself how this thing performs and how much I trust the truck. I am more worried about the stupid computer problems and all the weird codes and issues vehicles nowadays have for no apparent reason (not to mention recalls) and they need to be put on dealer computer to figure out. But this then leads me
to the question of "why waste the money on a module" and just get a tuner from DRD (EGR less) where I want to get one, and I guess I don't really know what
and how the tuner actually works when it comes to resetting to stock and how other people go and get the weird issues and recalls done on their low mileage
    vehicles at the dealer?
Either way I am going to be purchasing my stuff from DDP and DRD and I know this question might not warrant a definitive answer but any persuasion would
    help.
    Gods peace.
