    Exhaust Brake 2017 W/Hips

Any thoughts or pros and cons of using the "Auto" or "Full" mode on a daily basis to assist with braking? For the last 16 years I've relied on down shifting a stick to help slow and save on the pads.

I use mine on full all the time. Saves brakes for sure!

I use the auto one when running empty and small loads. Run the full when it has some weight. I've ran mine since day one. 76k miles and no problems.

When I had my 4th gen I ran mine all the time. No issues at all. Loved it.

Mine is on full always, with my tune from @Double R Diesel I don't even have to turn it on, it remembers where it was when the truck is shut down.

I love the exhaust brake feature.
Question. What's the procedure for using the exhaust brake on a cold morning for faster warm up. Can't seem to get mine to do it.
