F350Cummins, because I want to buy the tuner and exhaust but besides the exhaust there is no video on a step by step instruction on how to do this. Hints I don't know where to start. Which means I will have to get the Ram guy to do it and he wants $500 to delete it for me. So its pay him or someone else or leave it stock. It would be nice if there was a video from start to finish but there isn't. Sorry F350Cummins but I don't want to start a delete and mess up on something and do damage to my engine or trans.

I am wanting to delete the exhaust and the egr and cooler as well.
The hardest part is exhaust system. Are you gonna delete cooler and egr or just unplug them and eliminate with tuner?
What is your plan for exhaust ? Install new exhaust system or delete pipe ?

I am wanting to remove the exhaust and replace with a Flo Pro 4in exhaust and remove and delete and remove the egr and cooler.
Its all reletively easy. Most of it is taking a few bolts and plugs out and fitting a plate on it (EGR) or taking the bolts out and fitting a delete tube, or all the tubes of the exhaust together.

Looking at the EGR cooler as a whole is kind of daunting, but it really comes apart in pieces. It is really straight forward and very obvious when you start pulling pieces off. Really just take to crossover tube off and work your way toward the back. No real suprises.
I use a ratcheting 1/2'' breaker bar with a 3 inch extension and a deep socket on the back cooler bolts, couldn't be easier to get to. You pretty much have to have a 15mm crows foot to get to the inside front bolt though, make sure you have one.

15mm Crows Foot. Haha see have no Idea what that is. I would of started and got to that point and game over. I will just pay the $500 and let him do it as he knows how. Sucks but oh well. LOL
A crows foot is a tool, I've never used one, but they're a lot cheaper than $500.
