Depends on what you want. I'm using KYB Gas-adjust and love them. There's a higher level shock in the KYB line as well

I tink @Dude's Diesel Performance has a line on them. Clayton?

Geno's has Bilstein shocks on sale this month. The 5100 series has very good road manners, but they have other options too. May be worth looking onto.

I prefer Bilstein, but there are many different brands you can buy. Over the years I've found I prefer a stiffer shock for my truck. It gives a better ride especially when loaded .. and seems to last longer. If your unloaded most of the time and want a car like feel the softer riding ones are good, but you'll end up changing them sooner.

Does Bilstien have RWD shocks? I didn't find them. That's why I went KYB. I could be wrong though. It was a couple of years ago now

Don't know if they make them specifically for RWD. But, for highway and light towing a shock like the Bilstein should perform well.

OK If Bilstein doesn't have them, we have to move forward.

I KNOW FOR A FACT! KYB makes 3 grades of shocks for the RWD. For normal driving, I 'm suggesting the Gas-adjust. It's right in the middle and performs well for average heavy duty driving.
