Dumb sound + no heat

So onto the dumb sound, it’s dumb. I want to get it figured out before it blows up because it definitely doesn’t sound right. I don’t want to say it’s because of the tunes but it never happened before I got retuned. I’m trying to put a video up but it’s not working. Next, no heat. I’m dumb, I don’t know where the heater hoses are but it’s also super cold out so I didn’t really feel like sitting out there forever looking. I’ll get the video figured out.

To me is sounds like the pilot injection kicking in and out on warm-up. I am willing to bet it does not do that once the coolant gets warm enough. And no, it's not about to blow up.

So any ideas on the heat issue? Mechanic at work says it probably the blend door things. And I have no idea where they are or how to fix them.
