Alright man. Somebody missed a step. Let's start with what year truck do you have and what exactly did the shop do for you?

2008 6.7 Cummins ,and the installed the raceme jr and did a DPF delete and as far as I know that's it
Ok, if you are throwing codes then the tune was not installed properly. It actually sounds like they unplugged part of the EGR but didn't install the tune. Being that you paid a shop to do this for you, my first advice would be to make them fix it. But, it's Sunday and you probably need your truck tomorrow.
So.... next step would be to check the tuner status by plugging the tuner into the odbII port and see if you have a return to stock option.

I will have to wait I'm not near my tuner or truck can you give me step by step please
It's been a long time since I had the RaceME Jr on my truck. They should give you the instructions with the tuner or you can download them from the Race ME website.
