I tried to install my new MM3 this morning and it won't power up.
The display is dead, tried in two different trucks without luck.
Has this happened to anybody?

Never heard of DOA unit fresh out of the box, but anything is possible I guess. Contact your vendor, and start a warranty process is all I can say.

Well the MM3 is alive, but I'm sure due to my lack of computer skills I'm not out of the woods yet.
When I got the tuner I went to Office Depot and bought another card with more memory just in case I would need it in the future, I've seen others do it too.
Somehow I think I erased the one that came with my tuner, I downloaded the latest update but I'm getting an SD card error on the tuner.
Can somebody please help me?
I emailed MM3 but I'm not expecting an answer today due to Thanksgiving.
What sucks the most I have two friends over that are going to help me doing the removal of the exhaust and EGR and they're going to drink all my beer and do nothing now...LOL
@Steinbrenner Make sure you go through the eject procedure, instead of just pulling it out of the USB, if that doesn't work unplug and replug in the OBD2. Worth a try.

You right click the drive your card is in an click eject
