White Smoke all the time on DRD 12V tune

I have a 2018 2500 G56 that is tuned by DRD and deleted. I've had a recent issue come up where my truck will pour out white smoke when running the 12V tune (any power level). The smoke is most significant at idle/coasting while in gear. The truck also seems to run like it has a misfire/rich condition (stutter/stumble) if you slowly increase the RPM in neutral. I have had this tuning since December and have had zero issues running the 12V tune smoke free at any temp, this just started to occur in the past week or two. The ambient temp and engine temp seem to have no effect on the white smoke being produced. The standard tuning still runs flawless at all power levels, just the 12V that i'm having an issue with. If anyone else has run into this or has any suggestions it would be much appreciated!

I have made no changes to the truck since installing the tuning and did try reverting the software back to stock and reloading the DRD custom tuning but there was no change.

    Thanks in advance!
    Sean

The 12V tune by nature will make an engine more subject to misfire...so it doesn't take much to send it over the edge to misfire. In the authors case, I suspect a change of fuel quality or possibly restricted fuel filters causing a drop in fuel rail pressure.

    Thanks for responding Ray!

The cluster does note that i am getting close to needing to replace the fuel filters (roughly 10% life left). I have been filling up regularly at the same 2 or 3 stations since purchasing the truck. The truck always smoked before getting up to temp on the 12V tune but now even when fully warmed up it smokes more aggressively than before. I am still able to hit 26-27k rail pressure according to the MM3. I will change out the fuel filters soon and report back if there is any change. Besides that the truck still runs amazing with your tuning!

    Thanks again
    Sean

It is also recomended to warm the truck up on a standard tune, then switch to the 12V tune later when it is warmed up

I generally do not turn it to the 12V tune until the engine temp is over 180, even then i am still getting the symptoms mentioned above

Just wanted to give a quick update, I changed the station where I fill up and have been able to run the 12v tune with no smoke when up to temp, must have just been a fuel quality issue as Ray had mentioned, all is well now!

I run my 120 HP 12V tune all the time since receiving it from Ray over 2 years ago, never had this happen. Sometimes I dont even wait for it to warm up before switching over from my 120HP startup tune.
