Did you check out @Double R Diesel?
I used a Cheap-bay kit and it came with gaskets. Worked great for half the price.

The Egr and exhaust kits I have we're Free from my Brother as he didn't put them on one of his Trucks

I’d call Sinister because before I got the GDP Air Horn, I used the Sinister plates and it came with gaskets.

The sinister should come with o rings. Never mind that o rings on the throttle side and the sinister is suppose to have gaskets on the exhaust side.
