Ha I hear ya, @Cometman but that was like a weeks worth of decent temps in early December. Since then we've seen -18 to around the 20s above. I have a post in here somewhere about how well it started at -18F, not plugged in, when straight to auto high idle and never surged.

It is unplugged. I tried plugging it in before reprogramming but it did no good

Scratching my hear and turning over thoughts...

How does the ambient air, inlet air, intake, etc...temperatures read with your Ultra? Are they accurate? Keep in mind a sensor reading air temps closer to a warm engine will read higher than ambient.

15' 68RFE programmed with charger on. Ever since day one exhaust brake closes when I engage high idle when colder then mid thirties. If I just start the truck on the colder mornings it does the automatic high idle and the exhaust brake also closes then
