Well the delete process is complete! 8 hours of knuckle busting yesterday and the programmer and wiring is routed, EGR and throttle valve deleted, and the turbo back flo-pro is installed.
Having to cut the old exhaust out just below the cat was a pain in the a** and then getting the new exhaust to line up had me swearing like a sailor. The EGR was painless with exception of not getting it to route to the back cylinders like it’s designed. But that’s because of a lack of proper tools.
Oh and it’s always a good idea to make sure you have your sensors hooked back up to your air intake before you try to drive away LOL. Check engine light had me scared like oh crap I messed something up.

may want to consider looking for a muffler now.. i deleted mine about 10k ago and im ready to buy one 60mph drone and when shes on the pipe 6.7 screams like a banshee, im sure it can be heard in the next county LOL

Yeah I thought hard about it before I went without the muffler. I’ve had mufflers on all my exhausts up to this point and they are too quiet for my taste. I guess time will tell if I make a change later on down the line.
