How do you like those flex a lite fans? Also did you see a difference in the stock intercooler vs the BD? I believe my 07 has metal tanks on the stock intercooler, yours may not have... Thanks

I love the fans. If I anticipate a load coming, I can turn them on and get a head start on the coolant. They're quiet, and leave you allot of rom in the front of the engine. The only thing you need to pay attention to is the electrical connections. Make sure they are well done. Best is to solder and shrink wrap the main power connections. 40 Amp circuit breaker works great.

I saw a 15 degree drop in the intake air temps with the BD. But to be honest with you, I haven't tracked the temps in 4 years now.

Here's a BD and a Banks together. The BD is the black one. The banks was the exact same size as my factory one in my 08. 09 got this skinny thing they called a cooler. Banks tends to defy physics

    2003- 3500 RWD Automatic.
S & B intake, BD Intercooler, Pusher Air Horn, MM3 Double R Tuning, Turbo Timer, electric Flex-a-lite fans, FASS 95,
50 HP tips, upgrade to 351 turbo, 3.42 gears, Twin air compressors, air bags, Remote dual oil filters, Hellwig sway bar, Front Winch. Home made Fuel Heater, BD Exhaust brake with Torque Lock. Tons of TLC
