I just broke the far right-hand side Bolt that's directly on the back of EGR COOLER clean off will the engine have to be pulled to be replaced?

You could also use broken bolt extractor or the stripped head on bolts you drive on with a hammer and impact it out

So it's just the stud that comes up from the back manifold and a nut goes on the stud there's no room to get a hammer in there

Will I be able to remove the stud and just replace it with a bolt?

Yes you should be able to replace the stud with a new stud or bolt I can’t tell in picture if you’ve removed the cooler yet in the picture

Good Job guys. Some good solid advice.

I don't know if the PB will do much for you though. If you have a hot wrench, it will come out easier. A MAP gas torch may give you enough heat. Heat it as much as you can, let it cool, heat it again, let it cool then heat it up again and try to extract it with the manifold hot. If you can get the manifold glowing, that would be a sure to get the stud out. Once it starts, don't stop

I had not remove the cooler yet so there is some stud left there.
Do you think it would be enough to use for the delete kit that's just the cover plate
