The shop that I used put a gasket back on it, not the silicone. It leaks a very little. Dealing with it for now, let me know how yours works out.

Will do. I had read that there were gaskets available, but that most of them leaked. RTV is a little tricky when it comes to seating the pan and getting the bolt holes lined up.

Well, took her for a spin today and all seems well. I initially put in 10 quarts of ATF, added another 2 on the road so far. I haven?t loaded my new tune yet since I wanted to make sure the hard parts were good to go. I?ll probably do that tomorrow morning or Monday. Just being real easy on it right now, trying to keep the throttle at 30% or less. RevMax recommends a 200-mile break-in for the new valve body, so I?ll start counting miles once the new tune is loaded since the TCM will be learning anyway.
