mm3 tuned by Double R Diesel along with 5" turbo back flo pro are on the way for my 2015.
Just wondering what people are seeing for safe boost pressures without headstuds? I plan on putting in a set of 625's but just not in the budget yet!

As I'm sure you've read, ray suggests not going above 120hp tune without studs. Its safe to stay below the 34-36psi. To blow a head gasket I believe it's a combination of heat and pressure over a period of time that causes a failure. I have a 34psi alarm set on my 16 and I let just let off when that beeps at me after laying my foot into it. I figure if it hits that range briefly your safe but if your gonna run it up there for a while your odds of blowing a gasket increase. Anything over 36 psi on a stock turbo your just generating heat and very little power gain.
