    Personally, I would tap at the headlight and avoid running wires into the cab just to run them.back out.

    I agree with @Power247 statement. If your running LED’s I wouldn’t think you would need a relay? I would just tap into the parking light wiring to have them come on with the parking lights. LED’s draw very little amps unlike regular bulbs.

    I’m not sure of the color wire? I would use a test light to find which wire is hot when the parking lights are on but make sure it’s not the wire to the turn signal itself.

    On my '12 it is the white with brown tracer. White with green tracer is the turn signal.

    Yes You must run them on a fused weather resistant relay. But they will be on just with the headlights this way.

    I know one thing, my truck's electrical system is very sensitive. I wired in a 4 way trailer plug behind the bumper so I could plug a lighted receiver cover in out of sight and now I get a message at start up saying I have a brake light out.
