    Well I'll let you know I just ordered a set for the truck & car. I found these connectors to tap the existing puddle lights.

    Yeah those are good. What's nice about these is no crimping is required.

    Very interesting. I've always used t taps too with good success. Those posi taps would be a huge improvement for simple electrical

    The wiring kit with my AMP steps came with posi-taps for tying into factory wiring. They made a very secure connection.

    Minor stuff over the weekend, but added stone deflector, changed badging, and painted tow hooks black (they were red, but didn't look good to me after removing the red letter badging). I carefully ban sawed the "Turbo Diesel" off the Cummins "C". Also installed MM3 tuner with Ray's Double R Diesel Emission Compliant tuning.

    First warmed them up with a heat gun on low setting. Then yes, used some braided spectra musky fishing line (dental floss works well too). Then the hard part, heated and pulled off little chunks of the rubbery foam backed adhesive still stuck on the truck. Once the foam was off, 3M general adhesive remover took off the remnants of adhesive quickly and easily. My fingers hurt from peeling that foam stuff off... Tough stuff. Gotta have patience.
