    Decided to try some yellow lighting on the fogs.

    Got some Hella Optilux yellow H10 bulbs. Optilux H71071112 XY Series H10 12V/42W Xenon Yellow Halogen Bulb Set

    https://www.amazon.com/dp/B002E2SJAA..._hNcJwb6S00Q3H

    Also got some yellow tint from Lamin-X. Stuff is thick should also offer some extra protection.

    Are the H10 bulbs a direct fit? Can't wait for your evaluation of these in action.

    Yes sir direct fit. You can also run a 9005 bulb. But I wanted to try these first. Gonna try to go out later tonight to see how they look. My luck it'll be 2 months before any fog.

    Good to know! I have been running 9005s forever. Cheap upgrade with real results. We had some serious fog last week but its too cold around here for fog now. LOL!!

    Yeah I've been running them too. H10 is lower wattage. But I figured I'd give them a shot. Hella has the 9005 in a yellow bulb. If I go back to the 9005 bulb it'll only be $20. I've waisted $20 on a lot dumber stuff LOL.

    Not to derail this thread but I seen @Hollnagel where you modified your puddle lights and I believe the tow mirror blinker. I ordered some to do the same thing as I have one puddle light completely out and one with only 1 light working. Is this mod still working for you?

    I just have the mirror blinkers modded to run as running lights also. And yes they are still working just fine.

    The puddle lamps on these truck are one of my disappointments. Seems like they don't last more than a year. They're easy to change just not the cheapest.

    Hope this helps some. @TX NIGHT TRAIN

    Yeah I have done the light mod. I'm just going to drill and install my own led in them. I thought that was you I read about but may have been another person.

    @Power247

    Didn't go out driving with them yet. So here is a few pics a grabbed out of the yard.

    Whitest cardboard box i had to use.

    Headlights

    Foglight's

    It has a nice yellow color to it. I'm terrible at taking pictures of lights though.

    Here is a pic with all 7 of my lights on for a color comparison. The light bar is 6000K i believe. Highs and lows are halogens so I'm guessing maybe 3800 to 4200K? The foglight are supposed to be 2500K i believe. They also have the yellow tint on the lenses.
