    Took her for another drive and rail pressure spiked to 22000 when slowing down to a stop and idle up like a old 12 value sound then returned to normal...

    What was your rail pressure showing when it was sounding like a 12 valve?

    Sometimes high current indicates dirty or loose connections. Just an idea. On the power or ground side.

    I agree with @TexNeck, set up your MM3 to monitor both Actual and Desired Fuel Rail Pressures. Monitor both of them to see if the desired matches the actual when you encounter the problem.

    22,000 at an almost stop seems a bit excessive because your not giving it fuel coming to a stop.

    I would just go take to to a reputable dealership and let them figure it out.
