    NC guy here

Hey everyone, new to cummins but not diesels. Had 2 built diesels (LMM and LBZ). Got a job that was a little further away and decided to sell the LMM and get a brand new 2018 GMC Sierra. Right now, it's sitting in the shop with the dreaded chevy shake, trans problems, drivehaft possibly out of round vibrations. Once i get the truck back, I will be selling it and hopefully getting a diesel passat, and a cummins. I've found a 2006 SLT crew with 67k miles and just joined to learn a little more about it. Don't worry, I'll try to use the search function first haha. Thanks for having me

Thanks! Hopefully I'll get a chance to look at it. I took my truck to the dealer on monday and they still have it. They did tell me to be patient because they had several in for the same thing, but still haven't heard anything. I have a feeling they won't be able to fix it because in their eyes it will be "within spec" but we'll see. On a side note, they are asking 27k for that one. Still not sure if I want to find a higher mileage 6.7 or stay with the 5.9

probably not, heading to the Appalachian game. I've been a couple of times and they're pretty cool, but WAY to expensive... Last time I went it was like $20 per person. I wish it was cheaper because I can hear them running from my house haha

Shoot, it's $25 this year. But still not that bad considering it's a full day of diesel action. Hope the App game is a good one for ya!
