Don't need to unplug anything to update the firmware on sd card. Just go to menu, and scroll down to firmware update and follow the steps. But you can unplug the ultra and the fresh start will automatically check and update firmware. Now if your talking about getting the egt to read, I think it is unplug obd and egt sensor. Plug egt sensor in first, then obd back in second. I think! Then it should read. The obd is the big plug under dash they use to read ecm, flash, ect.

There was a video posted by a shop that showed some stuff about UDC Pro. It had some information on it that should have never went public, thus it was removed. It wasn't Warp tuning. Despite popular belief, UDC Pro and Warp are not the exact same platforms.Originally Posted by oneshotkyle

I have a little extra time I found a kit that was the flopro 4" DPF delete you keep the down pipe and the tail pipe. for what I see the programmers for going for is around $1500 the sinister egr delete $195 and the delete pipe is around $280 I got the kit for just a little more then what the programmers run in a package deal ordered 2 kits at once for my brother and I. I found this forum looking for info after lurches so I was unable to go through the venders on here but would have if I found sooner.

Ray is it normal with the ultra to have alot of rattle? My truck rattles no matter what settings i choose even at operating temp. Only time it sorta goes away is under more load. But under light throttle it rattles alot never did stock
It is with the older software updates. The latest 12-4 dated update is quieter. The added injection pressure and timing makes the combustion event louder than factory stock, but increases power and efficiency. If you are not running the latest update, give that a try.

Sorry fo the off topic question, who are yall using to get the resonator from. I need some peace in my cab and i didnt see any on Rays site! Let me know if i missed it Ray if not what brand and company yall using? (Currently 4" delete pipes)
I never got my first question answered, does the EGT probe need separate power besides the race altra hook up?
