    Axle Dump

I need some opinions. I installed my new 4" Flo Pro over the weekend. I have an all black 4 into 6" x 15" tip. I have always liked the axle dumps. I can't decide if I want to set this exhaust up for axle dump or regular side exit?

Views, thoughts and opinions are welcome!

    Thanks

I honestly like both. Its a tough decision for sure. As of right now i still like to lean towards being able to see it out of the side somewhat. That being said, everytime i see an axle dump it makes me want that too LOL!

He's a couple shots of my truck. The tip is 4 to 5" side exit.

For me, I like the look of side exit from the side but axle dump looks better from the back.

Looks good! Yes sir i do agree with ya there for sure. Heck you can always try it out and then weld it back up if you hated it.

You had to share pictures! Now I am even more torn....

If painted the exposed galvanized pipe with high temp paint....would it hold or would I have to touch it up so often?

That’s why I went with the axle dump, 5”-6”x15” Black tip. I could take a better pic later for you if you want but this is all I have.

Looks great.....I assume an axle dump is a little louder than side exit?

Ya it is, it will resonate off the ground a little more. I wouldn’t mind trying moving mine to the side exit and seeing if it cuts down on any drone or anything like that. But I love it, I can see people at lights looking for my exhaust LOL.

The axle dump will for sure be louder inside of the cab...but I love it loud. I have the side exit because it’s resonates off of things better when you pass.
