No sway bar? Can you tell any difference in the ride?

Shouldn't need to mess with the sway bar until you lift 2.5"-3" or more. Some set ups are different though. I would definitely look into a steering box brace, like the one Hell Bent Steel makes.

No sway bar added. Drives the same as before with it just being a little higher on the front end. You do have to get an alignment and adjust your headlights after adding the level kit.

I'm running a Hell Bent Steel 2 inch level with their steering box brace and 5100's. It rides better than stock. i installed a Carli track bar as well, then had it aligned. A buddy of mine has a Cali Pin top set up with King shocks. It's really nice but I'm pretty content with my level right now based on how I use my truck.

I have been thinking about adding spacers on top. Just to level my truck. Does it effect the handling? Or will it ride like like stock?

What year pickup and what setup are you running as far as wheel and tires?

Putting the spacer on my 07 definitely changed the ride, rides much stiffer, I did also install some Bilstein 5100s in there while I did it since our trucks have the shock inside the spring... My 2 cents hope this helps...

Thanks. Yes it helps. Have to think about it because i don’t want my truck to be any stiffer as we have alot of bumpy roads over here

I don't see how adding spacers will change your spring rate and make the ride feel stiffer. The way the pickup handles with the aftermarket shocks is a different story. But, if you lift it you will need longer shocks.
