Far From Stock - FFS Steering Review?

Does anyone have experience with Far From Stock out of Ohio?

Looking to see how their drag link, tie rod, and track bar compare to Synergy or stock?

Good evening, everyone; I wanted to revive this thread from last year.

I'm currently in the same situation.

I'm shopping for a drag link, tie rod, & track bar combo.

Does anybody have any feedback on the "Far From Stock" combo?

I have seen some guys on youtube use the FFS stuff and have great things to say.

The parts look solid, but I have no first-hand experience.

I'm not a fan of heims on steering components.

Their stuff looks neat, but I'd stick with a well-known company regarding a vital steering part.

Heims need to be cleaned and lubed often also, depending on what part of the country you live in.

Do you get a lot of salt on the roads in the winter?

The other thing was you had to drill out your knuckle to keep you from switching back.

Synergy gets my vote; they build great stuff, and their quality is known across many platforms.

    Thank you, sir.

I will most likely be going with synergy for the drag link/tie rod combo, I just wanted to see if there were better options.

    I wouldn’t **** with FFS.

    He’s a joke!

I bought his drag link and tie rod combo for $800; for one, the drag link is too long, and I can’t correct my steering.

Secondly, they have no support; everything is sarcastic like you are wasting his time.

Thirdly, he wants $1200 more dollars for his steering stabilizer.

What a joke, not to ******* mention you have to drill the pitman arm and knuckles out to 3/4.

So if you want to change your **** now, you have to change all that ****.

    RUN AWAY ASAP!
