We just discussed this I thought it was Archoil 6500

I run 6200 at the moment and have been happy with it.

I will be going to 6500 once I am out!

Revive - I have seen on a couple of other diesel forums were supposedly RAM Cares is aware of the problem with the CP4 and is working on a service solution.

I was wondering if anyone else had see this and or heard anything on it.

I'm hoping there is some truth to it and that they are going to do right by their customers.

If you google search Ram Cares CP4 you should find some threads on it on a recent as January.

Their solution was to go back to a CP3 on 2021 trucks.

If the warranty doesn't mean much to you I'd recommend you get one of our S&S CP3 conversion kits otherwise do it when your powertrain warranty expires, just my opinion.

The solution to the CP4 is to swap it with a CP3.

I don’t think RAM can come up with a solution as it is a design flaw from Bosch.

This is my thought process as well, I’ll take my chances till I hit 60k with the big dimple then swap over.

My question is how well are those aftermarket CP3’s holding up so far?

They're not aftermarket, it's a genuine brand new Bosch CP3 just like in the older trucks.

They're dang near bulletproof with good filters and clean fuel.

    I meant the S&S unless that’s what you meant. I’d really prefer the Bosch CP3 but I’ve heard there’s a lot that goes into putting a 21’s on a 19 or 20.

Both II and S&S use new Bosch CP3's. We sell both kits and the S&S is way better quality in our opinion.

To our knowledge no one has put a '21 setup on the previous 2 years.

No reason to when the S&S kit is available and don't hold your breath waiting for FCA to offer up a CP3 kit for 19 & 20 trucks.

Gotcha, now for the S&S options I’ve got a diet kit ready and waiting will the no tune CP3 be fine?

I don’t plan on building a high power truck just set and forget on a 30 hp.
