    Finding A New Downpipe?

17 RAM 2500 6.7L, my downpipe is cracked at the turbo flange, and I have searched all over the web, but nobody seems to sell a replacement downpipe.

It is a 4” exhaust made by P1, but MBRP no longer owns them.

Looks like the only option is to purchase a new turbo-back exhaust system.

If you still have the factory downpipe, you could install it, then purchase a 4” DPF delete race pipe to connect into the rest of your turbo back system.

That was what I thought the solution would be, but I didn’t want to go that route.

    Thank you

Understood, but keep in mind this option will save money and has the advantage of retaining the factory flex in the downpipe.

That may be why mine cracked.

Hello friend, G&R Diesel makes a billet steel exhaust repair flange just for what you have experienced!

Early exhaust systems are notorious for this issue, and I have the exact same P1 MBRP system.

The G56 manual trucks were even worse than the automatics.

If you are handy with a welder set the repair flange and your downpipe on a flat surface mouth down and measure twice and cut once.

    Hope this helps!

    Cheers!
