    Fuel Return Line R/R Help?

    2015 RAM 3500 SRW Aisin 70k

I was replacing the "fuel vapor" return line off the fuel injector return line; the quick-connect fitting had its button fins and blue redundant clip removed.

It was only able to spin, corrosion was worse than anticipated, and the return line snapped off at the QC nozzle.

I can't seem to find a write-up on how to remove and replace the fuel injector return line (P/N68067105AA).

My options are either to deburr and run a hose from the now-broken steel line to the rest of the fuel return system or to replace the injector return line.

Do any of you have any tips and tricks on accessing and removing the fuel return line from the back of the block?

    Thank you all in advance!

I figured I'd close this out.

I finished off the connector end of the injector return line.

I was able to connect a 5/16" I/D fuel injector hose to the broken end, and used a razor to remove the QD fitting plastic hose on the "vapor return line" going from behind the engine bay fuel filter back to the tank.

Took the truck for a drive, she held solid for an hour to and from dinner across town.

You'll need an 8mm and a Christmas tree puller to remove the wheel well.
