I have a 2014 ram fully deleted 5 inch exhaust AFE intercooler banks Monster ram and I am running race me programmer with Double R Diesels Tunes thanks a lot for any info

Intercooler efficiency is not what the ecm expects to see. Could be a faulty sensor, could be restricted air flow thru the radiator/Intercooler, etc. Basically the ecm thinks the intake air charge temp post turbo is higher or lower than expected given the sensed ambient temp.

Check to see if the radiator/Intercooler is clogged with debris. Then check your intake air temp sensor and then your intercooler temp sensor.
