Clayton, I will get more pictures and info up in a few days. I did do the install myself. I am working on a full write up and will post that up. I also plan on doing a week long, month long and long term review. I want to be as "impartial" as possible. You know how it is when you first put a new mod or part on, you get hyper sensitive to every little thing. I want some of the intial excitement/sensitivity to wear off.

Even better! I look forward to hearing about it. Definitely glad to hear you are aware of hyperfocusing and being sensitive to everything with a new mod LOL. I can't wait to hear as i am always looking for reviews and write ups to help my customers better understand real world reviews.
Re: Pure Performance xfactor
So its been about a month and 1500-2000 miles on the new suspension setup.
Now that the initial excitement has worn off I feel like I can give a fairly unbiased opinion of the kit.
1. Ride quality is still excellent. 100% better over stock. Freeway driving is smooth as butter and just flows over the big bumps.
2. The smaller minor bumps and jolts are still felt. I still get a lot of feed back threw the stearing wheel and can feel it in the "seat". That can be expected due to the valving of the shocks. This thing ain't a pavement princess and the shocks are set up accordingly.
3. Run the correct tire pressure, especially in the rear. These shocks are strong and rebound quickly, especially in the rear where there is minimal weight. With some weight out back, it smooths out a lot.
4. The springs and shocks tow very well. They arnt so soft that it feels like you have not control. But that being said, I have airbags that help that a lot.
5. Customer service from Pure Performance is top notch. I was under the truck rechecking all the bolts and torque and I noticed some oil on the shocks. This got me very concerned so I called them up. I got in touch with the head shock guy and he was very helpful in explaining what was going. The oil I was seeing was the assembly oil that was in the threaded body of the caps that was working it's way out. He then explained that if they were leaking it would be a very blue oil. They do that on purpose so that if the shocks do leak, it's very obvious. He then reminded me that I have 12 months of warranty and to give him a call in a few weeks to give him any update with any concerns. Great guy/company.
Sorry for the long post but I thought it was important to share.
Have a great week.
