VGT Surge between 1200-1900 RPM
I have a 2015 3500 deleted and when cold the VGT is getting commanded up and down 50%.
I have a raceme tuner but it still happens when I return to stock but it worse.
It does it a little when warm and it doesn’t have to be under load.
Has anyone run into this?
It’s driving me insane.

Are you running box tunes?

I am, but like I said it does when I return it to stock as well.
Do you think it could be tuned out?

But you'd be running deleted tuning on a stock tune correct?

No I backed it all the way back to stock, check engine light and all LOL.

That is our point.
It wouldn't work correctly then.
Re: VGT Surge between 1200-1900 RPM
I tried backing it to a stock deleted tune as well.
I have a j2534 tool and updated all the modules with witech.
Reinstalled a tune with power added and without and stock and it still does it.
I don't think its the tunes fault but it would be nice if it can be programmed out.
Re: VGT Surge between 1200-1900 RPM
This is a problem with the RaceMe as a whole. Common issue with the VGT nozzle going nuts after tuning.
Unfortunately, I don't recall what the fix was for it. Have you attempted updating the Ultra firmware and reflashing? Alternatively, you can just unplug the VGT motor for the time being
Re: VGT Surge between 1200-1900 RPM
Is there anyone that can do the tuning to get rid of it with programming that you know of?

I don't believe you can just remove VGT functionality in a tune. I might be wrong. However, 99% of your issues are going to be related to the box tuning (its trash).
@DRD can square you away with WARP tuning for your truck that will be a FAR better option.
