The way these turbos are set up they just don't produce the typical sound people enjoy with a straight exhaust. Good thing is if you don't care for the sound, drone or if you have vibrations. Depending on model of truck you can unbolt and stick anywhere from a 18" to 31" muffler

I pulled my straight pipe and added a muffler. The drone was too much for me, but I am running a 4" so it may be different with the 5" I wanted a quieter truck and in addition to the drone, the straight pipe vibrated the interior panels. The muffler took care of that. It is all about your personal preference. You can always add a muffler later if you want.
If it's to loud your to old drone is awesome :rofl:
Agree with @HKBIGDADDYDIESELDAN drone is awesome

The cab drone was too much, even for me and I like to party. I installed an FTE 17" resonator and it still sounds beefy and took out the drone. Here is a video of my rig running.... turn the volume up.

Ok so the time has come to install everything . Tuner came sat so this weekend comeing up I’m going to install it. Question is I’ve read on a ton of forums that the clamps suck butt for the flopro. Should I order 5” SS clamps before I get into this. They where all older posts so just not sure if things have changed
My Flow-Pro came with really nice band clamps. I hate those old style u-bolt muffler clamps that Grandpa used.
