Clicking a Link Always Goes To The First Post

Is there any way to change this?

Whenever you click a link, it always takes you to the first post of that thread, regardless if you've read that thread before.

I'd like to see it take me to my first UNREAD post of that thread.

That way, I don't have to sift through pages to see where I left off.
