Takata Chapter 11 Notice in the mail

Just got a Takata Chapter 11 Notice in the mail. It recommends filing your email address for futher court information.
If you haven't had the recall completed to your truck please get it.
If you possibly have a claim or could / might have a claim, if you don't submit your email address, you will be out.

They are filing Chapter 11 for all of North America.
It's a biggie folks.

Wow!!! What a mess that will be for folks that haven't had the recall done yet.

On such a little card, more donkey droppings spread over more area then I've seen before. But there seems more than just getting the recall done for the owners.

This is the airbag recall. I went to the website and put in my VIN. Said I wasn't affected and had no recall.
What year models were included?

Mostly 3rd gens

Also if you don't register and get this info and have a claim, your out. If you have a claim and don't register, it looks like your out. In other words, they are trying to get it where if you don't do as they say and have or will have anything, your out and they will be better off. Normal legal bull****.
