Cummins Engine Advice On Replacment Head?
I am looking for a replacement head.
4k is my budget.
Is Fleece any good?
I had a Hamilton head on there, but it was o-rings grooves were cut incorrectly, and my mechanic says it's junk.
He knows him personally, so it's a long story.
What are you guys running?

You might look into the D&J precision machine.
The last time I ordered one, D&J was cheaper, shipped faster, and got more for the price, vs. Fleece which was one full-race head with an intake shelf cut off.
I’m not sure how they compare on street heads.
Fleece is a solid option, though.

Looking like a Fleece's head.
D&J is 3 weeks out, and I've been without my truck for three weeks.

Did you end up going with the Fleece unit?
Re: Cummins Engine Advice On Replacment Head?
Yup very happy with it.
It's an oring, not a fire ring.
I also had injectors cleaned and tested.
Found out they are 100 hp nozzles.
Did the Fleece in the tank lift pump, too, coolant reroute.
ARP 625 studs, the mechanic said the 625 stretched some too, but not to worry.
They are using PPE studs over arp in all their builds way better, supposedly.
No more coolant blowing out, and I keep opening the hood to check PTSD.
It is very quick, and my CP3 is holding me back now.
