Recode Sunroof

I was working with my fob in my pocket, well it set off the alarm (panic button).

The panic button on the fob would not turn alarm off, so upon getting to my truck, my windows were rolled down and the sunroof wide open.

So turned off the alarm, rolled up windows, and closed the sunroof whilst taking extra care in listening to everything as closed.

That was 6 months ago; to this day, everything is working as it should other than the sunroof; I have tried periodically to open it but, nothing.

I am sure the motor and track are just fine, but does anybody know if there is a sequence to get the thing to work?
