At 28' with the overhang on the tongue our Weekend Warrior is a great toy hauler. 6800lbs, add about 2000lbs with racebikes, water and supply's and she is a dream to haul all over.

Hey guys. I'm moving my camper for the first time from old campground to new one this Saturday. 32 foot 7900lbs dry weight. It's about a 60 mile trip mostly highway. I've never towed it or anything that long before. 2013 2500 stock suspension. Do I need the weight distribution hitch or will I be ok with just a ball? My feeling is I'll be ok with just a ball and I've never set up a weight distribution hitch before either. What's your thoughts? Thanks! https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...d98762dc3a.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...0f8b129eb5.jpg

Re: RV Trailers Behind Ya
2018 Weekend Warrior we got in 2017. She is 6800lbs dry, 110gal fresh, 50 black, 50 grey and 20 gallons fuel. Fully loaded with raced bikes and other items we are about 10K. The pop out for the living room was a great addition. The interesting part is the nose over pull behind setup vs 5th wheel. Was really glad to see these guys come on the market with this configuration. Sadly after 2018, the nose over configuration was discontinued for a larger version.
I spent the first month after buying her, insulating all of the wiring with a wear sheath and doubling up on insulation on all tank sensors. Added water efficient shower head, storage for all the clean out hoses and put power leveling jacks on it. We can comfortably go 10 days before we have to find a clean out and refill (just two of us and our two aussies). I have to hand it to my wife...she secretly searched out this unit, price pointed it against a good dozen units and in the end took me to the dealer and said... "this is what we need, you will love and I want it". She knocked it out of the park.
