Re: Anybody else do this?
At this point everything I drive is diesel, athough I do miss my old VR4 or my STI sometimes. Then again still had turbo timers in them. I more or less miss rowing my gears.

Have you thought about buying another Cummins with a G56 in it?

Not in the cards at the moment, looking to buy a house. Honestly it would be a 12V with the nv4500

Stepped on the clutch pedal that wasn't there, reached for the gear shifter that wasn't there, looked for the wait to start light, done the turbo cool down also. I might drive my wife's charger once a blue moon. :ops:
My youngest has a 2004.5 all stock 5.9 first time I drove it I almost didn't stop in time for a stop sign that was coming up because I let of the accelerator thinking the exhaust brake was gonna kick in. I drive mine 99.99999999% of the time, I'm spoiled to it.

I've been putting cars to Run and waiting for a long time now. It's a habit I got into with older Nissans because I always listen for the fuel pump to cycle before starting the engine.
