Thanks for adding the photo that gives me a better idea of what it would look like. In the photo you supplied it looks like I will lose the two factory cup holders that come with my truck correct?

Good question. This cupholder was designed primarily for the G56 equipped trucks that did not come with OEM cupholders on the floor, but if your truck has them, it will probably limit access somewhat.
