At that price it's probably VIN locked and you're going to end up having to pay to unlock it.

Anyone that sells the MM3 can sell you a VIN license. EDIT: Apparently I was wrong about this.
I have no idea what the cost for that is, but in the RaceME Ultra days, VIN licenses were $250-$300.
@DRD can you offer any insight?
Average going rate of a used MM3 is around $700 without a pillar mount or probe.
We don't sell the unlock friends.
