Here's my trailer. It's a 2014 Keystone Bullet Premier 34bhpr. It's 38 ft long and 7500lbs dry and around 9500-10,000lbs loaded. I use a Blue Ox Sway Pro with 1000 lbs Trunnion Bars. We upgraded to this trailer last year from our 2009 Keystone Laredo 29bhs. It was 29 ft and only had one slide. The Premier has 3 slides and a few extra feet in length plus 50amp! Much needed for our "pretty often" camping trips with 3 kids, a Boxer and a Boston Terrier! We have only stayed in one hotel in the last few years and that was Great Wolf Lodge! So much nicer to be in your own filth!

Re: RV Trailers Behind Ya
@oneshotkyle I had my shop/garage built a few years ago for my previous trailer which was only 29 ft. The building is 30x40. This trailer, being 38ft, is seriously wall to door! Do we have a shop/garage thread?

The kitchen slides and the couch/dinette slides on the opposite side. There's a ton of room in the living area plus there's a slide in the bunkhouse! Bottom bed folds into a king size bed! Came with a 40" tv in the living room and a 21" tv in the outside kitchen! 8 cubic foot fridge in the kitchen and a 6 cubic foot fridge in the outside kitchen

Re: RV Trailers Behind Ya
I'm ashamed to even post pics of mine here with these 2. Mine's only 26 ft but in my defense I bought it when I still had my 1500. Which is the only pic on my phone for some odd reason. Anyway... It's a Jayco Jay Flight 267bhs. The bunks are full beds which is why we picked it. Gives each of my girls their own space. It was a huge upgrade from our popup. http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/2016...ba6a8e1334.jpg

Here's some interior shots of my newest trailer! So much more room! Sorry that they're so dark, it was in the shop and I didn't have it plugged in.

You're kidding! That's a perfect size. You can get in and out of almost anything, anywhere. Less to clean too. LOL
I had one of those mansions on wheels. Not for me. I prefer suburbia. Didn't need to drag Brooklyn behind me. LOL Besides. My wife's version of roughing it is no room service.

We went even smaller. 2014 RPod 176T. Has one slide and a queen bed pops out of the back. My truck hardly knows it's following.
In my defense, we bought light so the wife's JKU could pull it around. Trailer is 3500 max loaded.

Re: RV Trailers Behind Ya
Here's a little better picture of ours when getting set up here at the campground. Due to moving and work it has been almost 2 years since I pulled her for any real distance. I forgot how easy it is to pull with this Cummins. Man I love this truck!!!

Re: RV Trailers Behind Ya
I have logged thousands of miles pulling those two trailers. It is some what limiting where you can go, but if you just leave the house, fuel at truck stops, and know the area of your destination it is not that big of a deal. No you cant back up, but if you plan your trip right, and keep your head on straight you can make it work. I am as long as the big boys. When I pull up next to a parked semi I stretch the full length of those guys.

Re: RV Trailers Behind Ya
When I say leave the house what I mean is to have your trip planned and don't deviate from your planned route.

Here is what I actually bought the truck for:

Re: RV Trailers Behind Ya
Awesome looking jeep! I have flat towed my jeep behind the Jayco too. Is that a popup camper? does it have an axle under it or does it stay on the trailer? I am considering a truck camper so I wont have so much to keep up with in the future. One trailer is much easier than two!
-
Re: RV Trailers Behind Ya
Thanks. It's a mild build on 1 tons, 14" coil overs and 40" Iroks. Yup, it's a popup with no axle bolted to the deck. Has since been removed and traded in on the Rpod. Trailer is gone too, now have a low deck midsota tilt bed 22' goose. Still have Jeep but it is going thru a long term refresher.

Re: RV Trailers Behind Ya

Food for thought. My truck sits at 58 and a half inches to the top of the bed rail with those 37th. Most fifth wheels don't sit High Enough so make sure find one that's Factory lifted like the one I posted pictures of

Re: RV Trailers Behind Ya
Just picked this one up last week. Traded in our Jayco for a Pioneer DS310. It's a full 5ft longer than our Jayco and has tons of upgrades. Can't wait to take our first trip in a few weeks.

Edit I don't know why the pic is so small, click to enlarge
My toy hauler is a litter different than most but I can haul 2 machines in it, it has living quarters for us in the back that stores against the walls when not in use, tables that fold up, heat, ac, fridge, microwave, electric outlets and cabinents, spent about all winter building it, sure beats the hell out of tent camping, this too is the reason I bought my truck
