Update: I flushed power steering fluid doesn't seem to have helped any.
I think I might take it to another dealership see what they say.

Update updates: my father put me in touch with a friend of his that is a Chrysler ram jeep technician, had a phone
Conversation explaining symptoms and he described my situation to a t, says that it is very common for rams to have feed back while in a long sweeping turn says he can replace gear box if it bugs me to bad or just drive it and get used to it....I'm guessing my truck is probably worse than he's thinking but i guess for now I'll roll with it...:surrender:
Yes, I am thinking the technician would need to drive it to accurately diagnose the issue.
If it still bothers you I would get another opinion at a local shop.
