I'm interested in the in tank style pumps. Just added the dieselfuelfilter kit that uses the 2 micron CAT filter and retains the factory water separator. Going to do the fuel block for the engine bay filter at some point as it's unnecessary now, but was curious if anyone had come across a reason I couldn't go with the in tank style pump with the added filtration?
I run one and installed it with the help of a friend. It was not that difficult at all.
In fact it was the easiest part of my install. I have been running it for a few months now and I love it.
No noise, nothing hanging down under the bed. Factory filtration intact.
When holding the factory pump and the Fleece In tank pump side by side the weight difference is phenomenal.
It is a completely different animal than the stock pump.
It is so much beefier.
I also installed a 10mm stroker pump and some 200 hp nozzles at the same time.
So far everything is performing flawlessly.
I am very happy with it.
