I was reading up and it looks like they were still working on it? Also, I heard it doesn't trip the dealership that it was flashed so we could put it back to stock if need be and get warranty work? Does anyone know if this is correct or?

If you haven’t already you should check out his website DoubleRDiesel. There are numerous reviews on this forum and hands down Ray is the best in the industry, known as “The Cummins Whisperer” and we are very lucky to have him as a member and vendor on this forum [emoji41]
You can also pm Dudes Diesel Performance (another member and vendor on this forum)with any questions concerning deletes [emoji6]
Good Luck and keep us posted!
I know I need a straight pipe to run the tuner. Any suggestions on one?
Also, is it true that with the 2018 MM3 you can take it off and the dealership can't tell it's been flashed before? Last two questions before ordering. thanks guys!
Got it ordered through Double R. Can't wait to get it. Been watching vids and have a question. I see there a "send file every start up" and "send file only once". I'm assuming if you do send file only once it's in the ecm and stays there? You don't have to pick a tune every start up do you? I would assume if you do the flash only once that flash will stay in the ecm until you reflash it or change something?
The base tune stays in the ECM. It is recommended to use RT tunes with 'send only once'. Using 'send every start up' has been known to cause issues because of low voltage at start up... especially if the grid heater is cycling.

So if I want the 120hp tune just make That the base tune and it stays and I'm done. Not sure what you mean by r/t but I'll figure it out. Sorry buy coming from cars and bikes, so not new to flashing but new to the diesel game.
Thanks though! You guys have been a huge help for me
I think it's best to make the base tune a safe hp tune that you'll be running the most. That will save sending RT (Real Time) tunes frequently and help prevent the trans from having to relearn hp levels constantly.
